1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- The return request is made within two days of receiving the item (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days)
- The item is not a final sale item (e.g., gift cards, downloadable products, or personalized/customized items)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return:

- Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.
Note: Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.
- Partial refunds may apply for items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition.
5. Exchanges
