1. Return Eligibility

  • The item is not a final sale item (e.g., gift cards, downloadable products, or personalized/customized items)

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  2. Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories.

Note: Returns without an RA number may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

5. Exchanges
